Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. You are charged only after your documents exist

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized, not charged. We charge it only after your PDFs have been generated and saved. If generation fails, we retry automatically. If the documents still cannot be produced, the authorization is never charged and your bank releases it on its own schedule. In that case there is nothing to refund.

2. How to ask for a refund

You can ask for a refund within 30 days after your order is completed, at getmystub.com/refund. Enter the email address you used for the order, open the link we send you, and tell us what went wrong.

3. How we review requests

We review each request individually. We approve a refund when the problem is ours, for example:

  • you paid but did not receive your documents;
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • a technical error damaged or corrupted the documents;
  • a figure GetMyStub calculated is wrong for the information you entered.

We usually decline a request when the documents were delivered as you entered them, for example because the information you typed was wrong or you changed your mind after downloading them. We may also look into suspected fraud or misuse before deciding. Asking for a refund does not guarantee one, but this policy does not limit any refund right the law gives you.

4. Approved refunds

An approved refund is always for the full amount of the order. We do not make partial refunds. It is paid through Stripe to the payment method you used, and your bank decides how long it takes to appear.

5. Cancellation

Your documents are digital files generated right after you pay, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. If something is wrong, ask for a refund as described above.
